Roberto Ferramola has left Italy-based manufacturer Airo Tigieffe, following 30 years at the company, in search of a new challenge. His latest position at Airo was as general manager - he did not confirm what he plans to do next.

“For me, it has been a great pleasure and honour to work with you and make your acquaintance,” said Mr Ferramola in a fairwell to customers. “During all this time, we have, together, been witnesses to and players in good and not so good times. But every moment has been marked by reciprocal esteem and reciprocal commitment to improve our work and personal relations.”

Mr Ferramola continued, “This philosophy will continue with my current young collaborators who have been called upon to take my place. I feel sure their skills and their young exuberance, accompanied by the support of the new owners, will enable you to continue and improve the excellent relations you currently have with Airo and which Airo has with you.”

“Thank you all therefore for what we have created together. Thank you all for continuing to improve the relationship with the new and younger Airo.”
