Bluelift has shown its C22 Hybrid tracked platform in Russia for the first time.

The Italian manufacturer presented the 22 m working height machine at the MosBuild 2014 exhibition in Moscow.

Following the show in April, the C22 went to work on its first project to replace light fittings at a Jaguar showroom in Moscow.

The platform, powered by a combustion engine and lithium battery, was set up in the atrium of the showroom in narrow conditions between a spiral staircase and a split-level storey on the second floor. It was used with the lithium battery for this job.

“The on-board lithium battery eliminates the dangerous combination of driving a unit while connected to a live volt power cord; moreover, the system has provided a noise- and odour-free solution,” said a company spokesperson.
