Austrian Contractor Gerstl Hasused Doka's new TLS (Table Lifting System) during construction of the new Austrian Airlines Group Headquarters (Office Park II) at Vienna Airport, Austria.

About 190 Doka tableforms were needed to form the floor slabs, with each of the 2200 m2 upper floors cast in a weekly cycle. Up to 500 m2 of slab was formed per day.

With a very tight construction schedule, and the large number of tableforms needed, the new Table Lifting System moved the tableforms from one floor to the next without any crane assistance.

The tableforms were moved from their original position using Doka's “shifting trolley” and wheeled onto TLS's platform, with each lift taking about 20 seconds. Once all the tableforms for one section were moved to the floor above the TLS was raised by crane to the next floor.
