Fleet Advantage names COO

Fleet Advantage, a provider of fleet business analytics, equipment financing and lifecycle cost management, announced it has expanded the role of Jim Griffin, who will now serve in the capacity of both Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In this extended role, Griffin will focus his efforts on streamlining current processes and implementing data-centric measures that will bring even more value to its customers.

Griffin has refined many of the company’s processes and systems to be the best of class and will be working on improving efficiencies and service quality to ensure greater customer satisfaction and more value added offerings.

Effective immediately, Griffin will assume responsibility for executing Fleet Advantage’s long-term corporate strategy initiatives, and enhancing workflows among the business development, finance and IT divisions.
