Flip Screen's EXC180 is for use on 40-50 tonne excavators

The EXC180, a new addition to Flip Screen's range of attachments, is intended for use on 40 to 50 tonne excavators and is the largest attachment of this type in this Australian company's product line, Formally launched at ConExpo in Las Vegas in March, it is intended for use in demanding applications in a variety of sectors, including demolition and waste recycling.

The EXC180 has a bucket opening of 2.5m (8 ft) by 0.6 m (2 ft) and provides a screening capacity of around 1.8 cubic metres (2.3 cubic yards) with a total screening area of 8.9 square metres (96 square feet).

According to Flip Screen, the new attachment has a number of features that are designed to enhance durability, such as double size vanes, thick wall plates, heavy-stiffener deflector plates, tough baffle supports, a baffle impact plate, and arm and drain plug protectors.
