The agreement involves the merger of Turboiber and Fraco subsidiaries in France and UK. It will allow the Turboiber group to better meet the needs of its customers in the construction and industrial markets with a fleet of lifting equipment, numbering more than 1,000 units including MEWPs, construction elevators, transport platforms, industrial lifts and suspended scaffolds.

Jaime Nieto, managing partner of Turboiber, said, “We took the time to appreciate our new partners before jumping with Fraco. To share a common vision and values will help us make that new partnership a success.”

The strategic partnership will also allow Fraco to focus on the production of innovative lifting products and benefit from Turboiber’s extensive experience of the European market.

“With that agreement, Fraco now has the resources to design products that fit European markets specific needs,” said Julie Rainville, Co-president of the Quebec company.
