UK rental firm GAP Group has illuminated some of the biggest national outdoor events of the summer following the purchase of 64 lighting sets from manufacturer Tower Light UK.

The rental company bought 64 VTI lighting sets from Tower Light before the summer, and has since seen them put to use at a series of events based in and around Glasgow, Scotland, where GAP’s headquarters are situated.

Aaron Cooke, who is heading up GAP’s newly-launched event services division, said, “The Tower Light VT1 is a very popular lighting set within the events industry. The combination of its widespread, bright lights with a sturdy design means that visitors at all types of outdoor events are kept safe and secure.”

GAP Group said it currently offered a range of lighting towers for hire including Tower Light VT1 and VB9 models. It said both were suited to construction sites and outdoor events, allowing GAP to serve its traditional customer bases while also branching out into events management.
