GE Capital executive Corsillo joins RSC as head of sales and marketing

RSC Equipment Rental has appointed ex-GE Capital executive Juan Corsillo as senior vice president, sales, marketing and corporate operations.

Mr Corsillo, who started at RSC on 15 March, will oversee sales, marketing, business development and product management for RSC. He has 20 years experience of sales and marketing roles, including 17 years with General Electric in Toronto, San Francisco and Connecticut.

Recently, he has held senior commercial roles at GE Capital companies, including senior vice president of sales operations at GE Capital Americas and chief marketing officer of GE Capital Solutions and US Equipment Financing.

"We are very pleased to have someone of Juan's calibre join our team and fill this key role," said Erik Olsson, RSC's president and chief executive officer. "Juan has a demonstrated track record of leading large sales organizations and driving results.
