GrabiQ gets bigger

19 March 2008

Chain manufacturer and lifting equipment specialist Gunnebo Lifting has expanded its range.

The new size 20 mm, grade 10, chain is designed to provide greater choice in the company's GrabiQ range, which, it said, is now the broadest on the market.

“We can now handle all functions with the same component. At the same time we have improved safety compared to other systems. In principle, it is impossible to get the installation wrong with GrabiQ.

“Building, design and the workshop industry are typical areas for our products and experience has shown that profitability increases quickly when GrabiQ is used.

“The launch of the new products is an important step in the conversion from grade eight to 10,” explained Gunnebo's Morgan Lindblom.

The 20 mm version is accompanied by a range of new models in the six to 16 mm range.

“The GrabiQ system is one of the biggest lifting innovations of the past hundred years and has enabled our customers to increase their profitability while also increasingsafety for the industry. We have succeeded in developing chain equipment which unites maximum strength with minimum weight,̶ said Lindblom.
