Grove distributor appointed in Poland

Crane manufacturer Manitowoc has appointed Polish forklift and construction machinery sales and rental firm Zeppelin Polska to provide sales and service support for its Grove brand in Poland.

Zeppelin Polska is based in Kajetany and has six workshops across Poland. It employs a team of 15 sales personnel and 53 field technicians.

According to Jan David, Zeppelin Polska general manager, “We are very excited and honored to be representing the Grove brand in Poland. We only sell premium products to our customers, and Grove cranes are at the forefront of quality and productivity. We know they will be very popular with our customers.”

Thorsten Bolender, area sales manager for Manitowoc Cranes in Poland, said the new appointment will provide customers in Poland with a seasoned, expert dealer that knows the market well and can help drive solutions for their lifting needs. “We believe that this new co-operation with Zeppelin Polska will help expand Grove’s presence in the region and enable us to offer a high level of support,” he said. “The highly trained technicians they keep on staff, for example, will provide a superior level of service for Grove cranes in the country.”
