Italian truck mount specialist GSR handed over its 6000th production machine at APEX to Italian rental company Edocar.

The E240PX installed on a 3.5t GVW Nissan chassis was chosen because it is a robust, reliable machine, which is easy to maintain. Edocar also likes the double pantograph boom and zero tail swing, which increases the machines ability to get to hard to reach work sites along with a high precision controller.

The E240PX is a 23.3m working height machine with 11m outreach and maximum basket capacity of 200kg. The 450° turret rotation and +/-70° basket rotation adds to the machine's flexibility.

Hoses and cables are contained inside the booms, with no external winding systems, and special self-cleaning brushes to prevent the entry of debris into telescopic elements. These are technical details also help convince Edocar of the quality and validity of the new addition to their fleet.

GSR says that it had, "excellent results" at APEX with sales of the new models E320PXJ, E17TJV and E240PX, which it launched at the show together with the E210PX Comfort X EV which was launched last year at SAIE.
