Haulotte N.A. names customer services manager

Haulotte North America has named Sean Swatsky as its new customer services manager for North America. Swatsky will be managing Haulotte’s various customer service departments, including the call center, field intervention, workshop and training.

“Sean will play an integral role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with Haulotte. Customer service and satisfaction are at the forefront of our mission and Sean shares these same values,” said Carlos Hernandez, executive managing director for Haulotte Americas. “We are excited to welcome him to our team as we continue to develop our customer service organization. Haulotte is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service and support, including training, product knowledge, and after-sales support.”

Swatsky brings a background with nearly 30 years of experience in technical services, sales and operational management of manufacturing facilities and OEMs. He has previously served as manager of technical services for a custom machinery OEM in Ohio; plant manager for a structural bridge component fabrication facility located in Southeast Pennsylvania; and also spent 10 years managing key accounts for a global power magnetics manufacturer located in Southwest Virginia.
