Mick Evans, Haulotte UK general manager

Haulotte Group has appointed Mick Evans as its UK general manager. Mr Evans brings to the French aerial work platform manufacturer a wealth of experience in the market, having held general management roles in both manufacturing and distribution with Cummins Engines and Arco, as well as commercial experience gained at Ford Motor Company.

Mr Evans will report to Stephane Hubert, head of Haulotte’s European operation, and will lead the commercial strategy for Haulotte in the UK.

Further appointments have been made to grow the commercial team, with Haulotte also hiring Ian Whittle to oversee commercial activity for Southern England and Ireland while Ged Kelly becomes responsible for Northern England and Scotland.

Meanwhile, Neil Robinson also joins Haulotte, as service manager, heading up the service activity within Haulotte UK. Mr Robinson will be responsible for a team of service personal to include all field based activities as well as the spare parts, warranty and workshop activity all based at the Telford depot.
