Haulotte strengthens South Africa presence

The Haulotte Group has appointed Amandla Access, based in Cape Town, as its new South African distributor.

“With dedicated Haulotte engineering support plus a prominent and established trading base, Amandla Access can only improve the customer experience in South Africa and The South African Development Community (SADC)” said Stéphane Hubert, Haulotte managing director - Europe and Africa.

With workshop, sales, field support, transport and a sizeable premises to trade from Amandla Access will support the whole Haulotte range and said they were looking forward to an exciting 2015 and beyond.

Amandla Access includes Mark Smith, CEO, Gavin Bothwell, operations manager, Ben Lubbe, sales representative, Kenny Phiri, service engineer, and Edith Bartholomew, administration. Jointly they have 38 years’ experience in the access industry.

Mr Smith said, “This is a great opportunity for us to listen and serve the customers in South Africa and the SADC. We are really happy to face this new challenge and help Haulotte reach the goal of providing ongoing commitment and customer satisfaction.”
