After reaching a sale agreement in March, Heijmans has now completed the sale of its German subsidiary, Heijmans Oevermann, to Porr Deutschland – a subsidiary of the Austrian-based construction group Porr – for €60 million.

Having been approved by the appropriate antitrust authorities, the sale will help to reduce Dutch-based Heijmans’ debt and improve the structure of its financial ratios.

In January 2017, Heijmans also completed the sale of its German foundation specialist Franki to Porr.

So, with its divestment in Oevermann, Heijmans has now disposed of all of its operating activities in Germany.
