Hewden Auction sets sale date

UK rental company Hewden is to hold a used-equipment auction on 2 July, 2014, at the Newbury Showground, Berkshire, UK.

The Hewden Auction will see a range of used powered access, telescopic booms, excavators, backhoe loaders, dumpers, compressors, generators, forklifts and tower lights go under the hammer. Brand names being offered for sale include JLG, Genie, Nifty Lift, Skyjack, Caterpillar and JCB.

Online bidding will be available via the Hewden website, for buyers unable to attend.

US-based utility equipment rental and sales company Custom Truck One Source, Inc has completed the acquisition of HiRail Leasing Group for US$46.0 million.
