Hilti has ranked 8th in the World’s Best Workplaces for 2022 by Great Place to Work (GPTW) — this is the sixth time Hilti has received this recognition.

The ranking is done from the perspective of both the employees and the organization, with the former accounting for two-thirds of the final score.

The employees are said to share their perspectives via an anonymous survey (Trust Index) while the organization reports on a list of key performance indicators (Culture Brief) and undergoes an evaluation of its human resources processes and measures (Culture Audit) conducted by GPTW.

“Hilti’s business model is built on direct customer relationships and innovation, so our team members are the key to this success,” says Matthias Gillner, Member of the Executive Board at Hilti.

“This is why we cater equally to the bottom line and to the engagement and well-being of our teams. Being recognized as one of the best companies to work for globally is extremely gratifying, as it confirms that we walk the talk.”
