Hinowa opts for personal touch over Intermat
14 March 2012
In its 25th year Hinowa has decided to focus on niche business and a more personal approach to customers rather than attending international shows such as Intermat.
In its decision not to attend Intermat, Hinowa is not disputing the importance of the French market, citing its ten-year collaboration with Sud Est Distribution and its French customer base which includes major national hirers.
However, this year Hinowa has decided to dedicate more time and resources to specific customer niches through "open house" days in Italy, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium and other European countries.
Davide Fracca, marketing director of the company, said, "We recognise the value and international character of Intermat and are likely to exhibit at the next show, in three years time. This year for, European customers, we prefer to organise smaller and more focused events, direct demonstrations and open days through dealers.
"Furthermore, Hinowa celebrates its 25th Anniversary this year. To mark this, delegates from all over Europe will be invited to our premises in Nogara (Verona) to see the new expansion and learn about our 2012 innovations. We will invite our customers, people from the world of politics and entertainment, the national and foreign press and of course our collaborators.
"For the complete duration of the 25th Anniversary celebrations it will be possible to review the complete range, see and test the new machines, attend technical and commercial training, obtain preferential loans and purchase at special terms."
