The UK’s Brendon Powerwashers will show its first ever hot water washers at Bauma.

UK company Brendon Powerwashers launches its first hot water pressure washers - the company has previously focused on cold water models.

On show will be the top of the range HWBBW50KP unit, equipped with a larger pump than the three other models in the range. Maximum water pressures are 340 bar and flow rates are up to 12.5 l/min.

Brendon says the washers use a diesel fired water plate heat exchanger to heat the water. This system, for which a patent is being sought, uses fewer parts than a traditional water boiler and is easily removable as a single unit from the rear of the unit. The washers are ideal for removing graffiti and other heavy duty tasks, and will be around 40% more expensive than cold water units.

Available either skid- or trailer mounted, the washers weigh 1500 kg and can be powered by a choice of one Yanmar diesel or three Honda petrol engines. He company exhibits both in the outer area (703/14) and in Hall 5 in the British Pavilion.
