Shanghai Huayun Shuntong Import & Export Co. (HYST) has completed a 200 tonne load test of its SYV3 self propelled modular transporter.

The Chinese trailer manufacturer said it loaded 200 tonnes of test weights onto a three axle module and a four axle coupled together. The maximum rating is 45 tonnes per axle line, said HYST, and capacity per axle line at 18 km/h is given as 22.5 tonnes.

HYST said its SYV3 is compatible with German SPMT. Promoted features include a special slew bearing between the chassis and the suspension and built-in tanks for compressed air and hydraulic oil. A cable operated remote control is an option for steering and suspension. The height of lift is 600 mm.

HYST has been building specialized trailers for abnormal loads since 2002. In addition to SPMT, the company's offer includes modular trailers, wind turbine component trailers and low beds.
