In January 2005 Sarens Ojeda used a Demag CC 2400 crawler to assist in a project to replace an existing chimney with a new dust extraction system at a cement plant in Cruz Azul, Mexico. The project was to remove chimney stack sections weighing up to 37 tonnes from a height of 68.4 m, at a maximum radius of 53 m, after which the new sections, weighing 45 tonnes were placed. The crane was rigged on 90 m main boom, 130 tonne counterweight and 150 tonne superlift.
