Chinese contractor Beijing Jiangong Group is using a Potain MC 480-M20 tower crane from rental company Beijing TianDieWeiYe Construction Equipment Rental Co. to build the world's second largest (at 110,000 m2) Ikea furniture and interiors store, near Beijing. The contract is worth RMB 320 million (US$40 million). The 20 tonne crane, known as MC 475-M20 outside China, has been lifting concrete blocks and steel frames. It has a 70 m jib and is erected to a free standing height of 61.2 m.

TianDieWeiYe Construction started building its fleet in 2002 and owns seven tower cranes, six of which are Potains. These include two MC 120s, an MC 200, an MC 230 and two MC 480 M20s.
