SWF, based in Germany, moved its training centre from Mannheim for a three-day technical training course for 24 crane specialists from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, India, Hong Kong and Vietnam. Participants had two days of theory training in electro-techniques and mechanics. One topic was the frequency inverter control MicroMove and TravelMaster for stepless crane and trolley drives. Another focal point was the NovaMaster electronic hoist monitoring system. Nova series electric wire rope hoists and customised component package crane kits were covered from the mechanical point of view.
