Despite foul weather during the first few days of the Bauma China exhibition, the mood among visitors and attendees was distinctly positive and remained so through to the bright and sunny end on the Friday afternoon. Voted a great success, the show’s attendance was more than 80,000, according to the organiser, (up from 50,000 at the last show in 2004). There were more than 1,000 exhibitors over a covered area of 150,000 m2. The next Bauma China will be held in Shanghai in November 2008.
