Russia: Bovis Lend Lease has been appointed by OAO Terminal, a special purpose vehicle formed by the Russian national airline Aeroflot, to project manage the construction of a third terminal at Moscow's Sheremetyevo International Airport. Valued at US$ 400 million, the project is one of the largest civil airport developments in Russia's history.

The new terminal will be built on a 50—hectare with the buildings having an area of 170000 m2. The facility will have the capacity for 9 million passengers a year, which will add to the existing terminals’ annual capacity of 12.8 million people. Construction is scheduled for completion in August 2007, giving the project manager and general contractor, Turkey's Enka, just 25 months to complete the scheme.
