In its biggest showing ever, the 2015 ICUEE show, Sept. 29 - Oct. 1 in Louisville, KY, broke all previous attendee records with 18,000 registrants visiting the show grounds. This represents a 13 percent increase over the last show in 2013.

Attendees came from all 50 U.S. states and nine of the 10 Canadian provinces. More than 60 countries were also represented.

Other records that were broken include the most exhibit space sold and total number of exhibitors. More than 950 exhibitors were on hand to show their wares including 250 new companies. Total net square feet surpassed 1.2 million, which included live product demonstrations, hands-on abilities and equipment debuts.

“This is our most comprehensive ICUEE ever, and there has been tremendous enthusiasm and interaction among attendees and exhibitors from Day One, when the official Kentucky Derby bugler opened the show,” said show director Sara Truesdale Mooney. “Attendees are finding more companies, product innovations and product demos – plus quality networking with industry experts and peers that really increases the value of the show."

ICUEE is also known as The Demo Expo and is the largest event for the utility industry, owned and produced by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). The show brings together industry professionals to gain comprehensive insights into the latest technologies, innovations and trends affecting their industry.

The next ICUEE will be held in 2017.
