Vanguard Plus jaw crushers offer more.

Johnson Crusher's new KPI-JCI branded machines have been engineered as the greatest capacity jaw crushers in their class, and according to the company the new machines deliver up to +25% more throughput per hour than traditional crushers. Seven models make up the range from the 13.4 tonne 2640 with a capacity up to 218 tonnes per hour through to the 45.4 tonne 4450 with a maximum capacity of 740 tonnes per hour.

The new machines feature a forged 38 mm eccentric shaft to increase stroke productivity and toggle seats with alignment for maximum crushing action. Increased durability through self aligning spherical roller bearings offers additional strength and long-term service. Safety features include a barrel protector plate to protect against costly pitman damage and lower retaining lips to protect both the pitman and crusher base.

In addition to the Vanguard line, KPI-JCI has introduced what it calls an affordable new line of Global Track Series equipment designed for exceptional portability and easy operation. The new line includes the GT2640 jaw crusher, based around the Vanguard Plus, and the GT200 cone crusher, claimed to be the most advanced of its type on the market. It uses the Kodiak Plus cone that features a dual motor design to allow closed side setting (CSS) adjustments to ensure crushing precision. In addition, there is the GT 2514 Fold 'n Go that features three on-board stacking conveyors and easy access to maintenance areas.
