IPAF webinar to address litigation

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) is hosting a webinar about ‘handling bad documents in preparation for litigation’.

Open to all interested parties, the webinar takes place 30 July at 10:00 CDT. It will be presented by attorney James White of Bobo, Ciotoli, White & Russell, PA and will discuss:

  • The collision of the corporate world and litigation world in developing, addressing and preserving documents to assist in defending anticipated litigation.
  • Case examples will be provided from real life situations affecting rental companies, equipment manufacturers and other related companies.

Mr White attended Loyola Law School and is licensed to practice law in Florida, Northern, Middle and Southern Federal District Courts of Florida and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has a broad range of complex and multi-party general litigation experience. The majority of his litigation practice involves wrongful death and personal injury arising from products liability, premises liability and truck/automobile accidents. Mr White also represents numerous national rental houses and equipment manufacturers and has presented at IPAF, AEM and SAIA conferences.
