IPS, the UK based International supplier of replacement parts and aftersales services has announced a partnership with Spanish company IGS (Icaro Global Solutions).

IGS was established in 2009 to sell equipment and support the Spanish plant and lifting equipment aftersales market.

The parts division will be managed by Javier González, it will stock and sell replacement parts to the Spanish and Portuguese access markets.

IPS expects to benefit from the local knowledge and support offered by IGS and its personnel, who collectively have over 25 years experience in the construction equipment industry.

The company will hold a large inventory of stock for a range of manufacturers of access platforms, as well as parts for cranes, telehandlers, trucks and generators.

Tony Jennings, IPS UK's managing director said, "We are confident this new venture will provide us with the channel we need to access the Spanish market.

"IGS are in no doubt that the market exists for an independent parts supplier, and that with the right approach and expertise, they can offer the Spanish market a central point of contact for all their equipment parts requirements, including their access platforms market ."
