IPS on-site hose service

By Maria Hadlow06 August 2012

IPS is adding an on-site hydraulic hose replacement service for its customers. The UK-based international supplier of replacement parts and after-sales service can bring a fully-equipped hose workshop directly to your site.

The company has fitted a 3.5t Fiat Ducato van with the latest hose assembly tools, able to cope with hose up to 2 in diameter. It also stocks a wide variety of hose, fittings and adaptors suitable for a full range of applications, so customers' machines will be working again as quickly as possible. Services include on-site fault finding, assembly and hydraulic hose installation.

Marketing manager, Lucy Bebbington said, "Customer's want to work with companies that make it easy to work with. We're dedicated to providing the fastest, most reliable and most affordable service to reduce downtime. Our after-sales solutions are dedicated to ease pressure and comply with safe work practices."

Kevin Shadbolt, IPS's operations director said, "Offering a hydraulic hose replacement service complements our existing after-sales service portfolio, and differentiates us from our competitors - we can now offer a truly 'one stop shop' service which is what our customers want."

So far the hose repair service is not being offered by any of the IPS businesses outside of the UK.
