SAIE organiser BolognaFiere said 7530 foreigners were among the 178250 professionals who visited the 1850 exhibitors at SAIE 2007. Of those exhibitors, about 450 were from outside Italy, up 24% from the 2006 show. Particularly notable among visiting foreign delegations, said the organizer, were those from Eastern Europe. Next year's SAIE takes place on 15-18 October 2008.
