J-960 just the jaw

RB Haigh, who provides a range of services including aggregate and demolition, has taken delivery of the new Terex Finlay J-960 compact and aggressive mobile crusher incorporating a proven Terex direct drive single toggle jaw crusher that Finlay claims gives high capacity with large reduction capacities.
The J-960 features a heavy duty hopper with integrated vibrating grizzly and pan feeder as standard, and its compact size, excellent mobility and high crushing capacity - even at tight settings in recycling and hard rock operations - means the J-960 is well suited to the needs of small to medium sized operators. The machine’s robust high performance single toggle jaw crusher provides high capacity with large reduction ratios, while the direct drive jaw chamber gives efficient production and application versatility.
The company already runs two Terex Finlay screens, an 888 and an 863, and is using the J-960 in its recycling effort to crush concrete down to 50 mm (2 inches) and below, with the end product being used on construction sites around Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire in the UK.
Leon Sheehy, managing director of Finlay Plant South East, said: “The J-960’s compact size, quick set-up times, ease of transport and user friendly operational features make it an ideal choice for operators. Its ease of mobility and compact size also enable RB Haigh to hire the machine out locally as required.”
