Jaso equips Seattle construction company with four luffers

JASO Tower Cranes, partnered with Allied Cranes, supplied four J380PA luffer tower cranes to Onni Construction company in Seattle, WA.

In March 2023, Jaso Tower Cranes, together with Allied Cranes, supplied four J380PA luffer tower cranes to Onni Group in Seattle, WA.

The luffers are being utilized on site in downtown Seattle, at 1120 John Street, for a development project led by Perkins + Will Architects and Onni Group. The multi-use project consists of (2) 18-storey office towers with retail and grocer opportunities at the ground level, a network of street level mid-block pedestrian paseos and upper level communal patios and decks, according to locidesign.ca

The J380PA luffer lifts 40 US tons (36 metric tonnes) and 3.9 tons (3.5 tonnes) at 213 feet (65 meters), the J380PA is a versatile asset that enhances productivity and safety on the construction site, the company said.

“To achieve long-term success in the tower crane market, it has been crucial to expand, strengthen and ensure our service capacities throughout the entire U.S. West Coast,” said Álvaro Urbistondo de Leiva, manager, Jaso Tower Cranes North America manager.

Jaso continues to strengthen their presence in the Western territory following an official partnership with Reliable Crane Service, located in California.
