Jekko cranes expand in Turkey

Turkey's İstanbul Vinç group is taking on the domestic dealership of crane manufacturer Jekko, after the Italian firm signed an agreement with its Tower Rent division. İstanbul Vinç will also offer Jekko products for rental through its Örümcekçi company.

Tower Rent is now the exclusive dealership for Jekko in Turkey and will be presenting the company's atrium lifts through its seven branches across the country.

Örümcekçi specialises in the rental of tracked platforms and mini cranes, and will represent Jekko across Turkey.

Vice president of İstanbul Vinç group Mustafa Bilgin said: "Jekko is great addition to both our sales company Tower Rent and our rental company Örümcekçi. Turkey is the second fastest growing economy among G-20 countries after China. There are many big construction projects in Turkey and lots of opportunities."

İstanbul Vinç group is also the dealer of Holland Lift, IPS and Instant Upright.
