JLG Industries, Inc. announced personnel changes for its sales, market development and customer support leadership roles.

Tim Morris has been appointed senior vice president - sales, market development and customer support - Americas, assuming responsibility for North, Central and South America. Morris joined JLG in 1992 and has held multiple management positions in various geographic regions.

Rick Alton has been appointed vice president - sales, market development and customer support - international, assuming responsibility for EAME, Asia and Australia. Alton began his career in 1997 and has also held multiple management positions with JLG.

"The access business is expanding geographically and in complexity," said Wilson Jones, Oshkosh Corp. executive vice president and president of Access Equipment and JLG Industries, Inc.

"The JLG Reaching Out program philosophy to make sure every customer gets the highest standard of product and services has enabled us to lead the way in markets around the world.

"This new structure will allow JLG to better implement market-appropriate strategies in these regions that are in varying stages of development.

"Tim and Rick have demonstrated their ability to successfully develop strong customer relationships and drive strategic initiatives globally."
