Following the delivery of an 80 tonne capacity Kobelco crawler crane earlier this year, UK-based Kier Plant has taken delivery of a second unit, a 70 tonne capacity Kobelco CKE700.

Both units are being deployed to work at the Olympic Village site in Stratford, east London. Kier Plant has an extensive holding of tower cranes, says the company, and is expanding its crawler crane fleet.
