Laing Offer

Infrastructure investment company John Laing has recommended a UK£ 887 million (US$ 1.67 billion) takeover offer from investment management company Henderson. Under the offer, Henderson will pay UK£ 3.55 (US$ 6.67) per ordinary John Laing Share, a 28.9% premium on the closing price on 13 September, the day before the company announced it had received a takeover approach.
