Exhibiting alongside Caterpillar, Lefort has launched the SB660A crawler. It is the company’s first and only shear/baler on tracks, and uses a Cat C7 Tier 4 final engine. Lefort describes it as the most fuel efficient shear/baler in the industry and more than 70% of the parts have been manufactured in house, so if the customer needs a part they are more readily available.

Also the company’s first self propelled unit, it is said to be ideal for large yards that require a single easily moveable unit.

Lefort, which celebrates its 70th year in business in 2017, added that the machine can be set up and be ready to go as soon as it is delivered
