Lennart Mattson retires from Zip-Up

Lennart Mattson head of Swedish Snorkel dealer, Zip-Up Svenska, is retiring. Mr Mattson and the two other major shareholders in Zip-Up Svenska have sold their shares in the business to Rickard Holmlund and Pia Ringdahl.

Mr Mattson joined Zip-Up in 1982, working with the company's founder, Peter Frisk, until his retirement in 1997, when Mr Mattson assumed control of the business.

Mr Holmlund said, "Lennart's advice and expertise has been invaluable to me. I have learned a lot from him after being at his side for 16 years.

"Zip-Up is in great shape and I am really looking forward to developing it further, together with my business partner, Pia.

"Lennart has promised me that I can call him any time for advice and support."
