A new deck-mounted lighting system is available to help improve safety on trailers. The safety light system is for installation on the decks and ramps of low loaders and beavertails. A group of ten of the flush-fitting LED lamp units consume less than 250 mA and have bullet-proof plastic lenses, supplier Shawtrack Services said. The lamps can be wired to come on with the vehicle's side lights or on a separate switch.
