ESS has already had a distributor agreement with Link-Belt for the neighbouring Canadian territory of Alberta since 1978. The expansion further west into British Columbia includes sales, parts and service coverage.

“ESS is extremely excited about the opportunities expansion into British Columbia brings,” said Mike Smith, ESS vice president and general manager. “We take pride in delivering a personal standard of service to our customers based on our core values of hard work and integrity. Increasing our footprint with the sales and service team we are putting into place will be a benefit to Link-Belt customers in British Columbia.”

Skeeter Collins, Link-Belt Cranes North American sales manager, commented, “Link-Belt has a wonderful longstanding relationship with Equipment Sales & Service and we are happy to have them on board for British Columbia. This will be a good fit for both companies, as well as all the Link-Belt customers in British Columbia.”
