Paul Culler has been promoted to vice president, manufacturing, at USA-based crane manufacturer Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company, effective 1 January 2017. Chuck Martz, Link-Belt chairman, CEO, and president, made the announcement at the company’s headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky.
