Madrid to host Europlatform and two-day Spanish show in September

The fourth Europlatform Conference will take place in Madrid at the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel and later the same week the first ELEVarte event will take place.

The Europlatform conference is jointly organised by Access International and IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) and is becoming an important event in the aerial work platform calendar.

"The quality of the speakers is a real draw for senior professionals working in the access industry," said Maria Hadlow, editor of Access International. This year's conference will take place on the 16 September preceded on the evening of the 15 September by a reception at the hotel.

The ELEVarte (Elevation + Art) event is being organised to allow visitors to experience powered access equipment in a fun and relaxed environment. ELEVarte will take place from 17 to 18 September 2010 in Madrid, Spain at the exhibition grounds El Olivar - Alcalá de Henares.

ELEVarte is a joint initiative between IPAF and the Spanish magazine Movicarga. The event aims to draw together access industry professionals from the Spanish and Latin American markets.

Romina Vanzi of IPAF-España, who is leading this project said, "ELEVarte is dedicated to showing powered access in a fun environment. We are excited about introducing this new concept in Spain. Being at the show will be a worthwhile small investment for exhibitors."

The Spanish industry is looking for innovative ways to reach customers as economically as possible; we see initiatives like this as an extension to our service to our members.
