PM Group is about to deliver the first part of a 1,000 unit order for loader cranes and truck-mounted platforms from subsidiary Oil&Steel.

The deal was struck with Enel, a leading Italian electrical energy company. It includes 401 cranes from the PM 20.5LC series, all of which will be mounted on Iveco Euro cargo 140E25W trucks. They will offer a maximum horizontal outreach of more than 10 m and a vertical reach of more than 14 m, said the company.

As part of the deal, eight PM19P series loader cranes have been ordered by ENEL Rumania, a subsidiary of the Italian company. "To understand the exact size of the order - when the vehicles are lined up they cover 7 km," said Luigi Fucili, PM Group managing director.
