Terex Finlay’s new I-100RS direct drive mobile impact crusher can be used in both recycling and quarrying applications

Terex Finlay has announced the introduction of the I-100RS horizontal impact crusher with a 0.86 m square chamber that features a unique belt tensioning system that allows for rapid adjustment to provide what the company claims is excellent reduction ratios and high consistency of product shape.

It also features an on-board 2.4 x 1.2 m (7.9 x 4 ft) single deck screen for sizing and recirculating oversize material back to the crusher. This can be quickly detached for applications that do not require resizing or recirculation of materials. All conveyors fold hydraulically to ensure rapid set-up times under 15 minutes and easy moving when the unit is operated on multiple sites.

The I-100RS has an advanced electronic control system that monitors and controls the speed of the rotor and regulates the heavy duty vibrating feeder with an integrated pre-screen to maintain a constant flow of material into the chamber for optimal crushing performance.
