Manitou extends Denis' contract

The board of directors of Manitou BF has unanimously voted to renew the contract of Michel Denis as president and CEO of the company for a further four years, until the Annual General Assembly in 2022, which will approve the financial statements of 2021.

Jacqueline Himsworth, president of the board said, “We wish to thank Michel Denis for the work achieved since his arrival at Manitou in 2014. Over this period, the group has experienced a strengthening of its market position, improved profitability, accelerated innovation and the introduction of many new services. All these achievements enabled the group to be able to project with confidence and ambition for the continuation of this development for the future”.

Denis added, ”It is a great honor to continue to lead the development of Manitou. The work with the team of women and men of Manitou, our dealer network and our partners, allows us to offer products and solutions always more innovative and answering their needs. ”
