Manitowoc launches Lift Solutions

Manitowoc has introduced Lift Solutions, a service for lattice boom crawler cranes to guide customers through jobsite scenarios.

Lift Solutions quotes, engineers and produces cranes or attachments for unique applications that require lattice boom crawler cranes. The new service pulls in expertise from Manitowoc’s engineering, purchasing, operations and sales groups.

Allen Kadow at Manitowoc will manage the new Lift Solutions team. “With Lift Solutions, we can provide customised technical support to assist customers through challenging lifts or projects,” he explained.

Lift Solutions services include product customisation, custom load charts, specific lift planning procedures, accident investigation support, and approval letters for special lifts, customer supplied attachments, travel and operation in above average wind conditions.
