Another Hillhead launch will be on show on McCloskey’s stand at the forthcoming Hillhead show in the shape of the J45SR jaw crusher. The company says that the J45SR combines the productivity of the 1.1 x 0.7 m (3.7 x 2.3 ft) single toggle jaw with a high energy screenbox and a recirculating conveyor system that results in a full crushing, screening and recirculating system that provides maximum productivity and ease of transport.

Also on show in the demonstration area will be the new J45 jaw unit, feeding the company’s R155 mobile screen. The J45 is fitted with a 4.5 x 2.4 m (14.8 x 7.7 ft) hopper with a capacity of 6.8 cubic metres (240 cubic feet). Its 3 x 1.5 m (10 x 5 ft) screenbox also features McCloskey’s High Energy technology, with adjustable speed control. McCloskey says that the new machine has undergone rigorous field-testing to ensure it provides the required level of reliability for the toughest of applications.
