MEC Aerial Work Platforms has hired Everett Lee as the dealer support manager handling accounts in the Midwest and on the East Coast.

Lee brings 20 years of technical support and customer service to his new position and will enhance the capabilities of the existing Service and Support team. The addition of Lee is part of a concerted effort to extend real time support to customers on the East Coast and Midwest, the company said. Along with the rest of the technical services team, Lee is tasked with minimizing down time of machines in the field, being an immediate resource on all service inquiries from the MEC dealer network, and providing service training at customer locations.

“This is the next step in growth for this department and I’m excited to have him on board,” said product support manager Jeff Smith. "Our customers are really going to benefit from our increased capabilities."
