Mills appoints digital technology director

Brazil-based rental company Mills Estruturas has appointed Adriana Bianca as its new director of technology and digital transformation and created a new digital department.

In addition to driving IT initiatives and data mining projects, the technology and digital transformation department will spearhead a digital update of the entire business.

Mills said the newly created department would improve the services it offers to customers and support its continued growth.

Established over 60 years ago, Mills has 30 branches across Brazil and provides engineering services for large construction projects.

Prior to her appointment at Mills, Bianca held a number of leadership roles at multinational corporations such as chemicals firm Henkel, BP and biofuel and bioelectric company BP Bunge Bioenergia.
